Opportunity:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia

Job Details:

  • Provide anesthesia care for a variety of inpatient surgical procedures in a Level 1 trauma center

  • Work under supervision managing adult patients and limited pediatric population

  • Handle general surgery, deep sedation/MAC, and neurosurgical cases

  • Manage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia

  • Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff including RNs, surgical technologists, and anesthesia technicians

  • Provide preoperative assessments and patient education

  • Administer anesthetics safely and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures

  • Respond to patient emergencies in coordination with the healthcare team

  • Document patient care and anesthesia management accurately in Epic EMR

  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

  • Work flexible day shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours with no on-call or weekend requirements

  • Must have current NBCRNA certification and BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications

  • Not accepting new graduate candidates

  • Only fully licensed providers eligible

  • Locum coverage only, not for permanent hire
