Creighton University is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Transportation Services to lead and elevate campus transportation operations. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll oversee shuttle services, fleet management, transportation technology, vendor partnerships, budgeting, and service excellenceâ??ensuring safe, reliable, efficient, and sustainable transportation solutions for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

What You'll Do

Lead daily transportation and fleet operations, including shuttle services, vehicle lifecycle management, scheduling, and service delivery.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and engagement.
Manage budgets, contracts, vendor relationships, and operational performance.
Drive continuous improvement through technology, data analytics, and customer-focused service enhancements.
Serve as a key partner across campus and ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and university policies.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in transportation operations, fleet management, logistics, or a related field.
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong expertise in operations management, budgeting, customer service, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the university's approved driver standards. Ability to obtain and maintain authorization to operate university vehicles.
Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not required.
