  • Collaborate with no-code and low-code teams to expose LLM functionality in dynamic UIs.
  • Build reusable tooling, testing, and telemetry around agent behavior to support observability, control, and optimization.
  • Drive rapid iteration and POC delivery while contributing to secure, compliant deployment practices (HIPAA, PHI/PII-aware).
  • Support IR&D's innovation cycles with research insights, internal demos, and handoffs to production development teams.
  • Develop robust backend services and APIs in Python or related languages.
  • Design and run machine learning experiments and benchmarks to guide implementation.
  • Conduct LLM fine-tuning and evaluation where applicable.
  • Create and maintain technical design documentation.
  • Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and experimentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance speed-to-market and solution impact.
  • Other duties as required.

  • Experience working with cloud AI tools (Azure AI Foundry) with production deployments.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High-level interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and a collaborative mindset.
